For the past 3 years, our company Groworld has been testing a new growing medium for greenhouse vegetables based on wood fibers.
After some product adjustments, our tests compared to rock wool and coconut substrates this year showed such good results that we now want to test Groworld in more nurseries.
Therefore, we want interested growers to test our product in the coming growing season.
Groworld consists only of wood fibers from certified European forests and a biodegradable binder. Production takes place in Europe with a very low carbon emission and a minimum ecological footprint because the factory uses the residues from production for energy consumption.
The wood fibers in Groworld for the coming season are designed as cultivation mats in several dimensions.
They can either be delivered wrapped in plastic or unwrapped.

Groworld test mats can be used in the same cultivation regimes as existing rock wool or coconut substrates.
The products are delivered free of charge from Køge in Denmark. We are happy to help arrange transport.
We jointly agree which data is to be collected during the growing season, so that they are adapted to your own data collections.
We follow up regularly during the growth season either by visits (if possible) or by web meetings (if visits are not possible)
As a test nursery you will have the benefit of getting free growing substrates and we will give you exclusive access to new products before they available on the market.
